Multi-segment. The fear of difficult conversations is often more stressful than the actual conversation. This course places difficult conversations at the core of successful work relationships. You’ll notice one key theme throughout: you have more ability to have successful conversations than you think.

Multi-segment: This session is a one-day course, split into two parts. Each part will be 3.5 hours
The session dates and times are as follows:
March 2, 2022 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
March 3, 2022 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

Delivered in an on-line environment using a range of virtual learning tools, this course will offer an opportunity for participants to identify the challenges of having difficult conversation, assess your conversation competencies, practise strategies to have successful conversations, evaluate the outcomes and action planning.
