Please follow the following steps to assist you in logging into the Member Portal.

  1. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browser.
  2. Your username is your primary email address that we have on file (Please contact [email protected] if you do not know your primary email address or have any issue with accessing your Member Portal).
  3. Type in or click on the link to go directly to our website:
  4. Click on the Member Portal button in the top right-hand corner to be redirected to the Member Portal login page.
  5. Click the “Forgot Password” button.
  6. Please use your primary email address to reset your password. Once you have entered your primary email address, check the “I’m not a robot” box and press “Submit” and “Close”.
  7. You should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. (If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder or contact us for further assistance).
  8. Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length but can be much longer.
  9. Password must contain:
    a minimum of 1 lower case letter [a-z] and
    a minimum of 1 upper case letter [A-Z] and
    a minimum of 1 numeric character [0-9] and
    a minimum of 1 special character: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|\;:"<>,./?

We recommend using Passphrases, as passphrases are longer versions of passwords that may be easier to remember and harder to guess.

The passphrase is a combination of text/words that makes up a phrase or sentence.
